Leadership Behind the Mandate

IMG 0534

Kevin delivers an unparalleled 47-year record of accomplishment in leadership informed by his experience in the United States Navy, a tier-one defense aviation corporation (Northrop Grumman), and a global financial service company (American Express). Beginning his career as a hands-on mechanic at Northrop Grumman, Kevin systematically navigated the unwritten architecture of corporate America to retire as a Fortune 500 Director of Business Management. His professional trajectory serves as a living blueprint for the exact behaviors, presence, and strategic competencies needed to climb from entry-level technical execution to elite executive oversight. A proud U.S Navy Veteran, Kevin achieved his academic credentials through relentless drive attending evening classes while working full-time on Long Island. He holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) from Nassau Community College, a Bachelor of Science (BS) from SUNY Old Westbury, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dowling College.
Today, his consultancy bridges the gap between academic theory and institutional reality, equipping next generation students, mid-level professionals, and veterans transitioning to civilian careers with the definitive characteristics that separate a standard employee from an extraordinary leader.
